...The first cafe will open in Bucharest beginning of '07 (they train in Athens the personel will come to work -- Greek-Romanian ladies). The have already found the building. From those they dont know, master franchisor for the Balkans is the Marinopoulos group (carefour, marks & spencer, sephora etc). All the cafe they open are owned by the Marinopoulos Group and they DONT give it as franchise. So, dont think that you can invest in this idea !!!
PS.I dont work for Starbucks. I am just looking for business opportunities in Romania (also focused in the cafe's scene).

If you look for a place with free wi-fi this place is Gloria-Jeans Coffees.Way do you say that they dont have it?The problem is that it is free only in the week days,in weekend it is not free.In Bucharest are 3 locations,one in Bucharest mall,one in Plazza Romania and one in Carrefour Baneasa.I can say that i like the coffee from Gloria more than the coffee from Starbucks.You should know that Starbucks is not using only arabica beans like Gloria Jeans and that's why i can say that the quality of the coffee is higher on Gloria Jeans.I'm very curious to see what will happen when Starbucks will open stores in Romania.If you wont to know more about Gloria Jeans Coffees you can leave me a message and i will be happy to answer you.
I would be interested in bussines opportunities such as Gloria Jeans or Starbucks in Brasov -Romania .Any information would be appreciated as I am an individual,who wants to bring one of this chains in a turistic place renowned for its beauty and turistical attraction.
